<p>Precision Group is a leading Australian retail and commercial property investment, development and management group that is privately owned.<br />
Aspiring to ‘Best Practice’ in all areas, a HR initiative was developed to communicate a clear set of corporate values and culture to staff.<br />
A set of memorable symbols were designed to marry up with the corporate values and a employee handbook was developed along with key HR presentations in powerpoint.<br />
Besides the values identity, Misc by design developed a unique values reminder in the form of a desktop piece, in keeping with Precisions innovative approach.<br />
The piece involved small scale manufacturing including; forging and casting, wood turning, handmade packaging and gold stamping.</p>

He applies his respect for our environment to his architectural practice; designing buildings, often very beautiful homes that are strongly and intelligently connected with the uniqueness of the land on which they sit.<br />
Misc by design was engaged to develop a web direction and design for Stutchbury Pape web presence, as a result of work experience there (another story). Whilst the design didn’t get any further than the drawing board, it still remains a favourite of mine.</p>

<p>Vision Valley is a unique bushland environment that caters to everyone. Camps, team building, conferences, getaways, retreats are all possible at Vision Valley. It required a recognisable cohesive brand identity to be designed, to enhance the Vision Valley experience. </p>

<p>Creative Approach: To break the mould of the traditional outdoor camp. Show that as part of a group you can grow as an individual and go on your own adventure of discovery. &#8220;Individualisation&#8221; was positioning that was developed and adopted. A recognisable identity that worked with children and adults and uniquely associated with Vision Valley was required. A modern day camouflage, with recognisable elements from the bush, was developed as a consistent design element to help reinforce the brands unique character. </p>
<p>A total brand audit was conducted and a brand implementation program continues to roll out. Website, marketing material, signage, uniforms, internal comms, collateral, direct mail, merchandising and consumer and trade campaigns were all developed and implemented.   </p>

<p>Lifeline Sydney had completed a brand update and needed its site renovated and redesigned to complement the changes. A Face to Face counselling course also needed to be branded, promoted with posters and a courses banner was highlighted on the site. <span id="more-343"></span> </p>
<p>Creative Approach: Develop and design a more dynamic and customer focused web presence for Lifeline Sydney. Emotive black and white photography, simple colour pallate and easy navigation with course highlighting was chosen to partner the new branding work. </p>
<p>A promotional campaign for Lifelines Face to Face counselling was also created to tie in with the design direction of the website. Posters and brochures were developed for the campaign. </p>

<p>Create a Report and associated delivery channels, that provides an insight into growth of Wesley Mission and delivers the financial summary for past year. Central to the positioning was to demonstrate expanded and integrated services provision. <em>An online version of the report, Invitation postcard and donation vehicle were also created.</em><span id="more-479"></span></p>
<p>Creative Approach: The concept &#8216;Growing People&#8217; draws on a simple visual analogy of people measuring their growth up against a wall (much like we all did, as kids) with the growth of the organisation and its services. The imagery reflects growth in staff, those in need and growth in services throughout the community. The overall design is elegant, clean with a strong typographical grid. </p>
<p>It’s called Growing People, because that’s what they do. Every aspect of Wesley Mission&#8217;s work is about growing people through creating opportunity.</p>
